Do you accept insurance?

Rooted Speech & Language is now in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.  For all other insurance providers, we offer super bills, or records of payment, if you wish to submit “out-of-network” therapy with your insurance provider.  Please note: provision of a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider.

What kind of Payment do you accept? 

We accept all electronic forms of payments and will discuss payments at initial intake. You can request a quote via consultation.

Where does therapy take place

Evaluation and speech therapy sessions take place in your home or community place, such as daycare, preschool, or private school with prior approval.

How do you communicate with families? 

Once care is established, each family is given access to a secure portal that allows families to view session notes and evaluations. Communication is always accessible as Whitney makes every effort to communicate via phone, email, and in-person communication.
